Do I need a credit card for the free trial? +

No. You get 50 free credits on sign-up — no card, no time limit. That covers roughly one standard concept study (20 personas, 5 questions).

How do credits work? +

Every study costs credits based on its scope — the number of personas, questions and answer depth. You always see the exact estimate before launching. Credits are only charged for successfully completed work; if something fails, they are refunded.

What happens to unused credits? +

They roll over to the next month, up to twice your plan's monthly volume. After cancelling a subscription, your credits stay valid for another 90 days.

What if I run out of credits before the month ends? +

Buy a one-off top-up pack (100, 300 or 1,000 credits) without changing your plan. Nothing is charged automatically.

Can I change or cancel my plan anytime? +

Yes, directly in the app. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades or cancellation take effect from the next billing period. No lock-in.
